Processing time (the time for us to design and make) for custom items is generally about 1 week. You will receive your item approximately 2 weeks from date of order with standard shipping and processing.
Non-custom items will ship out in 1-3 days.
Returns
Non-customized items can be returned for a full refund if sent back in original undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase.
