    Processing time (the time for us to design and make) for custom items is generally about 1 week. You will receive your item approximately 2 weeks from date of order with standard shipping and processing.

    Non-custom items will ship out in 1-3 days.

  • Returns

    Non-customized items can be returned for a full refund if sent back in original undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase.

    We don't accept returns on personalized items but if you have any issues with your order please reach out and we will do our best to make things right!
